BROOKELAND HIGH SCHOOL – The hateful eight has another shot at a regional championship.  A lot of #STBA eyes will be on this program for the 2024-2025 season. Last year Brookeland was eliminated in the Regional Championship to Fayetteville 74-64.  

11/15/2024 - @ Hardin-Jefferson – Loss 64-61
In a tight matchup against Hardin-Jefferson, the team fell short by just three points, losing 64-61. Despite battling back in the second half, they couldn't get over the hump in the final moments. The loss served as a learning experience for the team to improve their late-game execution.

11/21/2024 - vs West Hardin – Win 70-43
The team bounced back in a big way with a 70-43 win over West Hardin. They showcased their defensive strength, which led to fast-break opportunities and easy baskets. The victory was an important one, showing the team's potential when they play their brand of basketball.

11/22/2024 - vs Douglass – Win 63-58

11/25/2024 - vs Frankston – Win 95-92 (2OT)

12/3/2024 - vs San Augustine – Win 53-44

12/6/2024 - vs Onalaska – Loss 90-82
In a high-scoring affair, the team was outlasted by Onalaska, losing 90-82. Despite strong individual performances, the defense couldn’t contain Onalaska’s offensive firepower. This game highlighted the need to tighten up defensively against high-scoring teams.

12/12/2024 - vs Commerce – Loss 81-61

It was a hard-fought win that showed their ability to compete under pressure.  It must've been a great feeling for everyone on the Brookeland side as they get their revenge from last years elimination game.
